They know food and stress affect how they feel, but they're overwhelmed by conflicting information and unsure where to start.They aren't looking for another quick fix. They want practical guidance, personalized support, and a deeper understanding of how nutrition, stress, metabolism, and hormonal changes influence their health. Together, we focus on creating sustainable habits that help them feel more energized, confident, consistent, and in tune with their body.

I'm Cydney, a registered nurse and health coach passionate about helping women better understand and support their health through sustainable lifestyle change.Working in healthcare, I saw how often patients left appointments with good intentions but little guidance. At the same time, my own journey with chronic disease taught me that no one knows your body better than you do. Learning to ask questions, connect the dots, and understand how nutrition, stress, metabolism, and lifestyle influence how I felt transformed the way I approached my own health.That experience inspired In Tune Transformations—a coaching practice that helps women move from confusion to confidence. Partnering to create sustainable habits, and build a foundation for long-term wellness. My approach emphasizes whole, nourishing foods inspired by the Hunter/Gatherer & Mediterranean diets, clean living, mind-body techniques, & much more in order to help clients find their unique health success.When I'm not coaching, you'll find me exploring the mountains of Southwest Colorado, soaking in hot springs, cooking meals for my family, or expressing my creativity through drawing and painting.I believe wellness should add joy to your life—not become another source of stress.
