Women who know something feels off and want to make changes but don't know where to start.Many of the women I work with are balancing careers, families, caregiving responsibilities, and countless daily demands while pushing through symptoms or maintaining the habits that once felt easy. They know food and stress affect how they feel, but they're overwhelmed by conflicting information and unsure where to start.They aren't looking for another quick fix. They want practical guidance, personalized support, and a deeper understanding of how nutrition, stress, metabolism, and hormonal changes influence their health. Together, we focus on creating sustainable habits that help them feel more energized, confident, consistent, and in tune with their body.

60 minute session - for women wanting clarity & professional guidance, have ONE specific concern, or only want to explore coaching support.Includes:

  • Review of health concerns & Personal goals

  • Written action plan

  • Initial lifestyle recommendations

Foundations Coaching Package $900

A 90-day coaching experience -Understand what your body is communicating, establish supportive habits, and build a lifestyle that supports your energy, longevity, hormones, & resilience, one sustainable step at a time.Includes:

  • Initial 75 minute session

  • Five 45 minute coaching sessions

  • Personalized wellness roadmap

  • Food & symptom review

  • Habit coaching

  • Weekly accountability check ins (text/email)

  • Email support

  • Educational resources

The Heart Behind
In Tune Transformations

I'm Cydney, a registered nurse and health coach passionate about helping women better understand and support their health through sustainable lifestyle change.Working in healthcare, I saw how often patients left appointments with good intentions but little guidance. At the same time, my own journey with chronic disease taught me that no one knows your body better than you do. Learning to ask questions, connect the dots, and understand how nutrition, stress, metabolism, and lifestyle influence how I felt transformed the way I approached my own health.That experience inspired In Tune Transformations—a coaching practice that helps women move from confusion to confidence. Partnering to create sustainable habits, and build a foundation for long-term wellness. My approach emphasizes whole, nourishing foods inspired by the Hunter/Gatherer & Mediterranean diets, clean living, mind-body techniques, & much more in order to help clients find their unique health success.When I'm not coaching, you'll find me exploring the mountains of Southwest Colorado, soaking in hot springs, cooking meals for my family, or expressing my creativity through drawing and painting.I believe wellness should add joy to your life—not become another source of stress.
